The Classes

We’ve distilled nearly 20 years of personal training experience into a series of 50-minute, high-energy classes.

Each day of the week is dedicated to a different movement pattern, allowing you to achieve greater variety and balance to your weekly routine. Practiced consistently, this approach delivers noticeable results..

Pre-Class Tips

  • Wear comfortable, breathable athletic gear and clean, indoor gym shoes.
  • Aim to arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of class.
  • Bring a full water bottle and the willingness to give and receive high-fives from a complete stranger. Be kind to yourself and to those around you. Be prepared to sweat. A lot.
For your best results: 3 – 5 classes per week (plus lots of water, sleep, diet, all those fun and very essential factors)

Full Body Shred

You’re a maverick, but also, you’re pretty busy. We get it. This 50-minute full-body workout has a weightlifting focus with lots of significant compound movements (translation: movements that target more muscles at the same time). You’ll build and you’ll sculpt, then you’ll burn even more calories with the treadmill and conditioning portion.

Gun Show + Abs

Fun fact: In Calgary, the sun’s out for an average 333 days per year. That’s 333 chances to get those guns out. This 50-minute class has a weightlifting focus on shoulders and arms that might make you eliminate all sleeves from your wardrobe. Torch calories with the treadmill and conditioning portion for your most complete workout.

Legs + Abs

This 50-minute class is all about the a$$. We focus on lower body movements for the majority, but don’t think for a second this class gives you a break from blasting those abs and strengthening that core. Finish off by obliterating calories with the treadmill and conditioning portion.

Upper Body Push + Abs

Push it real good – with a 50-minute class focusing on your chest, shoulders, arms and lots of abs. Melt even more calories with the treadmill and conditioning portion

Upper Body Pull + Abs

Flexing encouraged. This 50-minute class has a weightlifting focus on the upper body pull motion. Your back, arms, and abs will thank you later. The treadmill and conditioning portion is here too.

Dial back the cardio and turn up the pump! Smaller class sizes, with a greater focus on lifting technique and getting that pump on. We dial back the high intensity cardio and add more sets of structured weight lifting. Focus will be upper body, with short bouts of cardio for active recovery

The Location

We are located at the base of the south Guardian Tower in the Victoria Park neighborhood.

Ample street parking is available along 12th Avenue, 11th Avenue, 3rd Street SW.
