Randell can tell you to run faster, lift heavier and push harder in three different languages. He has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a specialization in Exercise Science, and he has been working as a personal trainer at Method Fitness for over a year. If you’re headed over to his class, then be ready for an energetic and motivational 50 minutes. Randell is also the king of technique and always ensures that all of his class participants are following each exercise with the proper form for optimal muscle blasting and minimal injury.
